Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Grocery mobile application and related services. This is an interim version and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public production launch.

- You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with service operation, security controls, or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or API beyond permitted use.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (for example grocery lists and related entries). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Availability and updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may release updates to improve functionality, reliability, or security. You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
7. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (for example push notifications, email delivery, analytics, or hosting). Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or where required by law.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
